SOCIAL SCIENCES CLUB WELCOME EVENT AND ROUNDTABLE: We will be hosting our Welcome Event and first casual Roundtable of the semester from noon to 2 p.m. in Room 200 of Warner Hall on the Midtown campus. Stop by to meet new and existing members and enjoy free snacks, stickers, and pins! The Social Sciences Club will provide snacks, but feel free to treat this event like a potluck and bring your own food as well!
For the roundtable, you are all welcome to present or lead a discussion on any topic of your choosing. For example, you can talk about your thesis project, a subject you are passionate about, contemporary issues, or even a book you like! This is a great opportunity to practice your speaking and presentation skills in a fun, casual setting. Since this is a casual, open-door event, feel free to come and go as you please!
